Bounce Houses, Water Slides, and Other Standard Rentals
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled event, you may choose a full refund or move your reservation to another available date.
If your event is less than 24 hours away, please call us to discuss your reservation. Changes or refunds during that period are not guaranteed.
Tent Rentals
Tent reservations have a different cancellation schedule:
- At least 5 days before your event: You may receive a full refund.
- 2 to 4 days before your event: We will provide a credit toward a future event.
- The day before or the day of your event: Your tent deposit is forfeited and is nonrefundable.
Weather
We deliver in the rain. Rain alone does not automatically cancel a reservation.
We may cancel a rental when extreme weather or winds exceeding 20 mph make it unsafe to proceed. If the forecast concerns you, please contact us before your event to discuss your options.
Payments and Deposits
All reservations require a credit card deposit at booking: $50 for orders of $500 or less, or 25% of the order total for orders over $500.
Reservations must be paid in full by 12 p.m. the day before the event. The card on file may be charged for the remaining balance at that time.
