Reserve Your Rentals
A deposit is required to confirm every Bounce Party of Tampa reservation:
- Orders of $500 or less: A $50 credit card deposit is required.
- Orders over $500: A deposit of 25% of the order total is required at booking.
The deposit goes toward your order total. Any remaining balance must be paid in full by 12 p.m. the day before your event.
If a balance remains at that time, we will charge the card on file. Rental items will not be loaded for delivery until the order is paid in full.
Payment Methods
Credit card is our preferred payment method. Our delivery teams do not carry cash or make change.
If Your Plans Change
Cancellation and refund options depend on the type of rental and how much notice you give us. Most rentals require at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund or move the booking to another available date. Tent rentals have a separate cancellation schedule.
