Before Delivery
Please confirm your order before the delivery date and watch for a text message with your delivery window the day before your event. Make sure someone can give our team access to the event location when we arrive.
Your reservation must be paid in full by 12 p.m. the day before your event. We cannot load rental items for delivery until payment is complete.
Choose and Prepare Your Setup Area
Check the dimensions and height requirements on each item's product page. Inflatables need room for the blower, anchors, and clearance from walls, trees, overhead wires, and other obstacles.
Before we arrive:
- Remove toys, sharp objects, rocks, twigs, pet waste, and other debris from the setup area.
- Turn off sprinklers, including underground sprinklers.
- Keep unnecessary electrical wires and cables away from the inflatable.
- Let us know in advance about stairs, a tiered yard, or anything else that could make access difficult.
We can set up inflatables on grass, concrete, turf, or asphalt. Tell us the setup surface when you book, and contact us in advance if you plan to use concrete. We cannot set up in unsanitary conditions.
Power, Water, and Park Events
Inflatables require a blower to stay inflated during use. Please make sure suitable electrical power is available near the setup area, or ask us about renting a generator. Water attractions also need access to water.
Park setups are handled case by case. Many parks do not provide usable power or water, and park reservations may require a generator and an additional park fee. Call us before booking a park event so we can confirm whether we can accommodate it.
Delivery and Rental Time
Our team handles delivery, setup, and takedown for every rental. We serve events throughout Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Hernando counties.
We generally arrive before your selected rental start time so setup does not take away from your rental time. Your delivery window will be sent by text the day before your event, and takedown and pickup take place after your selected end time.
During Your Event
An adult must supervise children using an inflatable at all times. Follow the safety rules provided with your rental, and keep food, drinks, candy, toys, and silly string away from inflatables. Set up food and drink areas a safe distance from the equipment.
Keep the blower running while an inflatable is in use. Once everyone has safely exited, you may turn it off when use is finished. Contact us promptly if you notice a problem or damage.
Weather and Overnight Rentals
We deliver in the rain, but extreme weather or winds exceeding 20 mph may prevent us from setting up or continuing a rental safely. Follow the safety instructions provided with your equipment and contact us if weather conditions become a concern.
Overnight rentals must be kept in a secured area.
